The quote is about loosing what means the most inside. The feeling that you feel inside is worse than death itself. Death is not the worst thing that can happen, is what its saying. What you loose inside is a greater loss. Well your organs could fail on you. Your appendix could swell and explode. If you smoke you could get lung cancer, or gum cancer. Your heart could “ die’ from all and any pain and emotion that you have been through. I have lost many family members. One committed suicide, one of my other friends also committed suicide. I’ve lost friendships and lovers.

A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space.
