Together

Together As One
Rachel

In the dark of night,
The stars shone bright
And sang their happy song.

The moon spoke to the stars;
Of their journey’s a far
All of them absorbed for so long.

The sky took them in,
As it’s own kin
It sang them all to sleep;
Together as one they were to stay
Forever in its’ keep.

Rachel,

I like how you compared the sky to a parent who takes care of the stars and "took them in, as it's own kin." Very clever.

Your first poem was good, this poem blows it away.
If you ever want to write you have the ability and sense to.
